Shipping Policy

At Sukkur Chocolate, we take the utmost care in ensuring that your handcrafted premium chocolates arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Chocolate is delicate. During warmer months (or when shipping to hot climates), all orders are dispatched using specialized insulated packaging and cooling gel packs to prevent melting. We closely monitor weather conditions and may occasionally hold your shipment for a day or two to avoid your chocolates sitting in a warm courier warehouse over the weekend.

Delivery Timelines

- Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PKT) will be processed the following business day. We currently do not ship on Sundays or major public holidays.

Returns & Replacements

Because our chocolates are highly perishable food items crafted without artificial preservatives, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Melted Products

We stand by the quality of our product. If your order arrives melted, damaged, or you receive the incorrect items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email us at support@sukkurchocolate.co with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or provide a store credit/refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
