• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handcrafted within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (like Eid or Ramadan), processing may take up to 3 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within major cities takes 2-4 business days. For remote areas, delivery may take 4-7 business days.
• Temperature Control: During warmer months, all orders are shipped with special temperature-controlled packaging to prevent melting and preserve the structural integrity and taste of our chocolates.

Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates and strict health and safety regulations, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.

However, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

• The product arrived melted or severely damaged.
• You received an incorrect item.
• The packaging was compromised during transit.

If your order falls under any of these categories, please email us at support@sukkurchocolate.co within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
